EC Relevancy

<p>Sorry in advance if this is the wrong section to post in</p>

<p>I want to apply to a finance/business school, or major in finance/economics, but my extracurriculars are mostly art related, such as:</p>

<p>Director of Art Crew in theater
President of Painting Club
Volunteer at a few murals</p>

<p>It just happened that way, and I decided to just stick with these ECs throughout, as they're something I enjoy doing. Would this hurt my application to these schools, as they're not relevant to what I want to major in?</p>

<p>No, not at all. Your ECs do not have to be focused towards your major. My ECs were almost all music and dance, but I’m a math/CS person and want to make my career out of them (most likely will do math and cs double major and minor in music, but will triple if I can). </p>
