Is there really such a thing as an EC Verification form?

I hope not....not that I would lie on my app or anything but its still a stupid thing...I mean you wanna make applying for college an even more toiling task?

I hope so because if not, what's going to hold people from cheating?

My friend is even planning to say he's like president of 4 clubs or something.

w t f?
that's not cool tell that mfer to cut the crap

they didnt have that in the past and they didnt have it for this year

but i mean they could do it in the future i suppose...i dont really understand how it would work...but i guess its possible

I think the UCs send them to 10% of applicants randomly.

So you can just put you are the president of 10 clubs and play 5 sports on your resume? and no one would know wheter you lied or not?

thats so wrong. We shold totally do a EC verification form to weed out the cheaters....

that's not gonna work

lol. I'll give your friend a tip on lying:

1 lie and 9 truths. That will work: ) You still have a 90% in your ethics. 4 lies(4 Prez) won't work.

Most colleges I know don't do that. They do however check up on your EC's (sometimes...probably if it's suspicious) For UC's, I hear they actually call the guidance counselor to check if so and so is the president of the Speech and Debate Club or something (only if it looked suspicious, again).
