I’ve heard that they sent out EC verification letters. Did anyone get it?

My son got a verification request. They are asking for a personal statement verification. Unfortunately, they didn’t actual read the personal statement, and they are asking him to verify something he specifically stated he didn’t participate in. Sigh.
@LKnomad that really sucks. When exactly did your son receive it? Also, your son can request a different extracurricular to be checked if he provides a reason for being unable to provide proof for the first audited activity.
@JustinRiverNg He received it last week. It just really irritated me that with all this stress of applying (he is still getting his apps done) they now drop this ridiculous extra requirement on him.
He is preparing a letter to explain the situation. We will see how it goes.
