ECE Graduating: Work or Grad School

So I'm an Electrical and Computer Engineering undergrad student from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. I am not too entirely sure what exactly I want to do after graduating this upcoming May.

I know I should have probably figure this out earlier, but I recently had second guessed my decisions.

I was originally planning on going out and working and getting a job. However after being exposed to the work force from my internships and projects, I learned a lot more people are getting their masters degree so I thought maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to get my grad degree since it does make me more appealing in the job market.

My GPA is a 3.00, which is skewed because WPI only gives out A/B/C/NR (NR=no record, like you never took the course). And I don't have any research work with any professors, but I've got a couple of internships.

So what would be the better choice? I was kind of looking at a job either in the power industry (power, generation, smart grid) or computer/hardware engineering (i.e. processors, hardware).
