<p>What type of website are you trying to make? Do you plan on selling merchandise? Payment methods, refund policies?</p>
<p>Typically you can just go ahead and create it but if you want to sell things online, it is much cheaper to just buy/subscribe to a site that takes care of the accounting and platform for you. Personally, i’d recommend bigcommerce.com for start up companies and if you are new to ecommerce</p>
