I heard 100 contains less "mathy" stuff compare to 101.

How big is that difference?

I took math 16a and b instead of 1a and b. I did pretty well in 16's.

Should I just take 100A just because I'm not a math geek?

or should I try for 101A because it has generous curve?

and does anybody have any idea about who's going to teach econ 100A next semester? (cause it says "staff")

You have to take 100A, you don’t have the prereqs for 101A.

In order to take 101A, you need to take math 53. Considering you took the 16 series, you don’t meet the prerequisites for math 53, let alone econ 101A.

And 101A has a generous curve because the students in it are all, well, really smart. They’re the ones who want to go to graduate school. The curve is more generous to better reflect the abilities of these students. The class is definitely not an “easy A”.
