Econ 138: worth waiting for?

So Econ 136 (Financial Economics) is being offered next semester and I'm interested in taking a course on that topic. However, a similar course, Econ 138 is also offered at Berkeley but I do not know when it will resurface again.

I want to take a more quantitative set of economic courses, and 136 seems like the less math-intensive of the two.

Is waiting for 138 worth it? Or are they pretty much the same (descriptions on Berkeley Schedule of Courses were not very helpful)?

They’re actually not that similar… 138 is about corporate finance while 136 is about investments. I suggest you check out the respective textbooks to see which one appeals to you more.
