Both the Leventhal Accounting and Marshall Business are highly ranked (#3 and #9 USNW). Marshall Business program is a 4 year program. First three years you spend on completing the general pattern of requirement and Introductory courses on each area of business just to allow you to have a taste on what each is like so you are able to decide which concentration of Business you want to focus on.

Finally in your senior year they have what's called Senior Concentration System where you choose one main area of Business, such as Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, General Management, Supply-chain Manangement, Marketing, Real Estate, etc. and concentrate your study in that one area.

This way you are well informed of all the major areas of Business while going more deeply into the area of your interest, which is most likely to be your career field.

Highly admired undergrad. Business program nationally, you can't go wrong with Marshall. It rivals UCLA's Business Economics program, but in Marshall you have a wider spectrum of studies to choose from where as BizEcon concentrates only on the Economics principles and Accounting.

The admission to Marshall is highly rigorous; the average admit GPA for Fall '06 was a 3.78.

Also, there are four types of Business majors that Marshall offer: Business Admin, Business Admin in Cinema, International Business, and Business Admin with East Asian Studies. They're all highly inspired.

note: if pursuing accounting, do not pay 30+ grand, that is all. CSUF will suite you fine

Haas doesnt have senior concentration or something like it?
