Is there a way I can get into this class? I am an engineer and just thought about taking this class. How do the professors hand out the Class codes? Should I email them and talk to them after class? I think that is how most people do it?

Best bet is to add your self to the waitlist now and pick a discussion that has little to no waitlist and has open seats still. I’ve been waitlist since November 18, and I just got in this week. Also discussions will meet the first day before lecture, so you may be able to get into a class if people don’t show up the first day.

As an engineering student, you will probably find it a better course, since it will likely have to do less hand waving around concepts that are better explained with math.
