Economics and Mathematics Joint major, B.S. or B.A?

What's the difference between the two? If I wanted the option that got my the higher salary/easier chance to find a job post college, would I pick B.S. or B.A? Or maybe just take economics alone? Thanks!!

Hi. :-h I’m pretty sure there’s only one degree for that major (BS). there’s also a math advising thread on p.3 where an advisor can answer questions like this one.

have you thought about majoring in management science? It’s econ but with higher level math classes.

@tkpasq will it result in a higher salary after college? Math is not an issue for me
