<p>this is going to be my third semester in college and i think i am at a crappy college. Maryland, College park sounds like a crappy mediocre state school. There economics program looks alright but id rather be at michigan , north carolina, or virginia. should i transfer from Maryland? and is transfering after accumulating 60+ credits or recieving an AA possible?</p>
<p>isn't the university of maryland pretty prestigious?</p>
