Economy and Mathematics

So i really liked psychology because i liked to talk about people and why they do things (crazy right?) but it dosen't seem like it's a very marketable degree in terms of a bachelors. It seems alot of people have it and alot of jobs just don't need that. So then i discovered economy and found out it's about people an there money (sort of production, logistics, etc).

The problem i..am average in math. I understand how to plot points and use formualas. I can THINK through "complex" problems but when it comes to factorization and binomials, trinomials, and perfect trinomials...well bad.

I've only just been re-exposed to it but i'm very lost.

So my question i cut my losses early or power through and not sorry because this will not be used ever again in math. (i doubt it since math is said to be "one long IQ test according to some.)
