<p>Hi, i'm looking forward to applying to McGill's management program and i was wondering how important ECs are. </p>
<p>On the website they say they look for students with srtong academic performances and stuents with proven leadership. What do they mean by
"proven leadership?" Are they looking for ECs or just putting it out there.</p>
<p>I'm from Ontario btw.</p>
