Are the high school EC's still considered in transferring after a freshman year at college? And in comparison to the EC's earned in college freshman year, are high school activities more weighted in the admissions proccess?

Most transfer applications have a place (grid) for you to list EC's and a check-off of whether they were in 9/10/11/12/post-hs.

Personally, I don't think ECs are weighted all that much in transfer admissions, unless exceptional. But having some, to show you are more than a transcript and an SAT score, is important. Because schools want a contributor to the broad community. So don't worry about which you have more/better of - hs or college - just present what you've got.

One opinion.

Is that true for Ivy League level transfer processes as well when academic stats in college and high school are very similar?

I wonder how good they have to be to matter. I think that they are only good if amazing (think Siemens or State debate championships what have you) or else really unique. I don't really know.
