I'm a junior in high school. I do home schooling and take my math and science courses at a community college (Bio 101, 102, chem 101, precalc). I have straight As, strong recommendations from my science and math teachers and generally do well on standardized testing (I take the PSAT next Wednesday).
I just moved from Miami, Florida to Virginia this past year. The only EC I have done for any amount of time is volunteering for the HHS in my area, which I really enjoy. I was wondering what ECs people would suggest for someone who does home school and lives in a small city (15,000 pop.)
I'm not going for HYPSM or anything, but my ideal colleges are UVA / William and Mary.
Thanks.

you can always try volunteering at the animal shelter, park cleanup, and homeless shelter. the possibilities are endless, but make sure that you enjoy it, so it doesn’t end up being like a chore.
