<p>For some of my extracurricular activities, in my 9th grade year I participated only an hour a week. As the years progressed however, I started to spend about 5 hours a week on the activity, as I did my junior year. So, when the App asks how many hours I spend a week, do I list how many hours I am currently spending, or take the average of all the years, or what?
Also, how exact does it have to be? For some activities, I do not remember exactly how much time I spent but I remember that it was somewhere between 1-3 hours. So what would I list, my honest gut feeling? </p>

<p>It really does not matter. I would list whatever the highest amount is. I believe that’s what i did.</p>
