EC's = several. Focus = none. Help?

I was thinking about this. I have several extracurriculars that I love, but they don't seem to have one main thing in common. I'm only a sophomore, but I feel like I should have a grip on this before junior year starts. In three months.

I plan too much. Anyways. I love ALL of these so so so much, and there's a lot of stuff that I did cut out.

Here's the science/math'y stuff: SciOly(9), Robotics (9), Sports Med(10), lab research (air quality)(10)

And then the cultural/connecting-with-the-vietnamese-community stuff: Teaching Vietnamese & vietnamese dance to little kids, and then performing Vietnamese dances.(both 9)

Then the music: Orchestra, lotsa piano competitions(both 9), and then teaching piano(10)

Then the artsy stuff: Fashion club(10), a dance show at my school(10), and lots of theater! (fall and spring performances)(9)

And the really random stuff: Birding!(9), competitive skating(9), volunteering at your typical places(9)

If it helps, I've continued with everything since 9th grade - or even before- or if it says 10 then it's only because it's because of the school system. Or in the case of the research and piano teaching, because I wanted to.

I don't seem well rounded. I seem like a psycho resume-stuffing Asian. How do I make this seemed focused and not ooh-I-think-I'll-do-this-to-help-my-chances-at-yadda-yadda-school?

Thanks so much!
