First of all, no, this is not one of those "are my ECs good enough?" threads. This may be a stupid question (unless you believe that there are no stupid questions), but do ECs only count if you do them in high school? I've done many ECs, but after moving so much, not one of them stays consistent. Or one time, I injured myself so now I can't play soccer like I used to.

Do you mean ‘does it count if I did them in middle school’ or ‘does it count if I haven’t kept them up all through high school’?

I meaN does it count if I did them in elementary/middle school but not in high school. When I moved not many of the pogroms are the same from state to state, so I can’t continue them anymore.

Bump bump?

It’s the general rule that you shouldn’t list anything on a resume or college app list of activities unless you did it at some point during high school (similarly, when applying to grad school, you don’t list things from high school). However, you can write about those activities in your essays and discuss how moving and injuries made it hard for you to continue doing the activities you loved.
