<p>Ok this is probably a newbie question but anyway....
So many ppl on CC talk about the tons of ECs they have and how they're going to show their passion for the ECs in question in the application.</p>

<p>But if you look at the app. (Common app. for instance) theres only room to enter about 6 ECs and you can elaborate (in 150) words on only ONE of them. Am i missing something?</p>

<p>Do people submit some other things such as EC certificates when applying?</p>

<p>My son's school asks students to submit a short resume of ECs. Helps to flesh how their time is spent. It goes to the college in the mail right along with the recs and transcript.</p>
