Can you all advice me some EC's I can do in the upcoming 7 months.

I think I dont have enough Ec's yet, because I am from Europe , where Ec's aren't needed to get in good universities.

I dont think this is enough, so wanna do something before I applicate in January 2006

get some MVPs. Participate in some local belgian tournaments, do something outside varsity sports. You have a rel. low sat (like me). so u need some sorta hook, and some community srevice, something SPECIAL, considering the fact u are an int'l. Most int'ls have something special to their credit. try and get some Community service down, get associated with something in the EU (its head office is in brussels, right?) as a student. That can take u far. Im just thinking aloud, so some of it might be useless or not practical, but sure do try something impressive like doing some MUN stuff, or maybe a student rep at something. Ie. for me, I'm an indian who was born and lived in norway all my life. I moved to korea 2 years back, and my school selected me to be the student rep at the APEC conference in Busan, Korea, 2005. That was cuz of my diverse background - im pretty certain that as a chinese in belgium, u can probably do something interesting too. Back to my school, they later realised APEC was going to be in Nov. so I cant go, but my point is, u can try something like this. suggest something like that in ur school. Ie. to go to the next World Econ. forum to be the student rep, interviewer, something...i dont know. try something different.

Mun isnt possible , then I must apply for nexy year march, and that will be then too late.
Isn't something like research in America or Summer School is US not an option?

Also what do you think if I write 1 of my small essay about : How my parents came to the netherlands and how they escaped the communists and which way it has influenced me
Is that a good idea??

i'd suggest picking one or two of those you already have and pursue it like a lunatic. Pick those which you like a lot.... too many ECs doesn't help but a few ECs pursued vigoroulsy definitely does.
