EC's!!!

I am going to be an ingoing sophmore and am wondering if any of you have tips about which EC's to take and which ones look more impressive on college apps, etc.
Currently:
Volleyball Team: Freshman - JV team, Sophmore - Won't play due to injury
Help teach Volleyball to younger kids
Photo Club - starting next year
Track (probably both indoor and outdoor) - starting next year
School Newspaper: Writer and section editor
Planning on signing up to volunteer at a local hospital as well
Anything else you guys think I should do??
Thanks for any advice/opinions!

Just do what you're really interested in! Honestly, I think you have good ECs. Some leadership would be good.

Thanks Hunter,
Anyone else have any suggestions?

You can't play volleyball because of your injury yet you can do track?

You could probably do more community service than just signing up at the hospital since its only temporary, and you should probably also enter competitions in areas that you are well educated in.

Don't do certain EC's because you want to impress colleges.

I can't do volleyball because it is in the fall season and my doctor said I would have to wait the fall season out, but track is winter and spring

For more community service -- I'm not sure what to do, I live in a pretty boring town and I'm already helping out at the library sometimes and also wanting to try the hospital. And the hospital wouldn't be temporary, it's for as long as you want.
