<p>I was wondering if anyone had any advise to help ease my mind on my chances of getting into East Carolina University. I applied in state with a GPA of 2.6 (I messed up freshman year) and an overall sat score of 1580 (1510 math and reading). I just recieved a letter staying I was deferred. I also had a family friend who is friends with someone on the board of admissions tell them my name and to accept me. If ANYONE has similar credentials and can tell me my chances on getting in I'd greatly appreciate it!!! Ecu is my dream school!</p>
