I am a North Carolina Resident and have been all of my life. ECU is not waiving the fee and it is quite an issue due to the circumstances I am in financially. It is a free application week and every other college I have applied to waive the fee automatically through the common app website so why isn’t ECU’s?
Did you apply via CFNC? My daughter applied Tuesday night with no problems.
I think the problem is you are using the common app. Does the school have its own app?
My daughter’s school had a free app on its own website, but if you used the common app, you had to pay because the school had to pay.
We were able to do it with CFNC no problem.
