<p>you can submit it either online or by paper, however some schools took the common apps ED agreement down so then u would have to send by paper...but if the ED form shows up on your common app then the school didnt take it down and if it doesnt show up then u have to print it out and send by paper...</p>

you should check with your college, maybe even call admissions, bc i know some schools like villanova require that it gets to their school by 11/1....and some schools jus require that it is postmarked by 11/1</p>
<p>on UPenn's supplement part, the first section allows u to choose between four options. one is "ED freshman (postmark by nov 1). does that mean that if i send it out BY nov 1, it'll be okay? i mean i will definitely get it out before that date. but still..</p>
