<p>okay, so i've submitted the student part of the ED Agreement, and i've also signed up my parents through the email. </p>
<p>HOWEVER, they have not gotten the email. it is through a hotmail account. since my mom never got an email, i deleted her and resubmitted (the same one) through common app.</p>
<p>what am i supposed to do, because it is not showing up?
