ED agreement not needed?

I applied through Early Decision II
and I just noticed that Swarthmore has an ED agreement form on their website..
<a href="http://www.swarthmore.edu/Documents/admissions/EDAgreement08_09.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.swarthmore.edu/Documents/admissions/EDAgreement08_09.pdf</a></p>

I applied online via common app and selected Early Decision II.

I completed my application a long time ago and I dont remember common app ever telling me to send one in.

In addition, my online application checklist, on Swarthmore's website, doesnt say its missing.

All ED applicants are required to send in the signed ED agreement. You are not an official ED applicant without it.
