ED AGREEMENT question

so..I signed the ED agreement online a while ago
but my guidance counselor couldn't do it online so instead, i printed the hard copy & had my mom, gc, and me sign that one.

but on commonapp it says i can't submit my penn app until everyone signs the ED agreement...
so should i send the hard copy with overnight mail so that i can send my app? or does it not matter?
and, i just send it to undergrad admissions, right? the 1 college hall address...

and is it okay that i signed it online yet my gc didn't sign it online since we decided to send a hard copy..?

Print out the ED form, have everyone sign it, send it in IMMEDIATELY! Then send in your application, supplement, payment, and school forms. I don’t think you have to send it in before hand but I would do that ASAP!

All your materials, including the ED Agreement, App, Transcript, Scores, etc. should be postmarked by Nov 1.

I’m having the same issue! I’m sending mine by overnight shipping just to be sure.

But I’m also wondering, does Penn need to receive my ED Agreement before I can submit my app?

I didn’t mail in my ED agreement until today and i was able to submit the Penn supplement yesterday.
