<p>D needs to provide paper copy of ED Agreement to school counselor. Anyone else have problems typing in the HS name on the PDF Form for ED agreement? D was able to fill in all other required info except HS name and CEEB number. Hate to hand write it in, but couldn't find any other solution.</p>
