<p>So I'm hoping someone can clear this up. My son lives VT and wants to apply ED (we're OOS).
He is also hoping to get into the Honors college.
If he is accepted ED do they make an offer for honors or does that come in the spring. It sure would've nice to know if he got into honors -otherwise I may tell him to apply RD along with other schools. Aduce/opinions??</p>
<p>If memory serves me correctly we didn’t get notification until the Spring of acceptance into the Honors program. Following that we waited a little longer to find out that we also got into Honors housing (very, very nice). </p>
<p>It would also help to know the SAT, and AP scores plus the GPA of the prospective student.</p>
