has anyone been accepted to NU by ED with only one SAT II?

I've taken Math IIc (780) but I'm taking my other two in november and december.
My SAT I is also pretty mediocre too 2020. plan on retaking october. but I don't think those scores will get to NU in time for ED? besides I'm not to sure if it will drastically improve.
gpa 4.1 (unweighted/weighted? not sure. school has a pretty jacked up grading scale. 95 is an A- and a 92 is a B+, so forth.)
5% percentile.
IB diploma candidate. (4 IB HL classes, 2 SL classes)
newspaper section editor for 2 years and editor-in-chief this year.
2 years of NHS.
4 years of MUN and president this year.
3 years of varsity swimming.
4 years of overseas mission trip (Mexico, Mongolia, Thailand)
student council class president during junior year.
other tedious things that probably arent worth mentioning.

that's basically my stats. didn't really mean for it to be a chance thread, sorry. I know I'm not exactly the strongest candidate but I gotta say I've tried my best. Would it be better if i applied RD with two more SAT II's instead of applying ED? I'm pretty desperate to know which way would increase my chances at NU because NU is definitely my number one choice.

strong sat II scores will help you...that said, i didnt turn in any sat II scores. i took two of the three subjects that day and walked out in the middle of the third. i was told my test would be void, i said i didnt care and was tqaking the wrong test. i went to my soccer game which to me was more important than the sat II's, still had two of my scores processed, didnt report either cause they sucked, and got in early decision. so, i do know solid sat IIs are very helpful, but, at least in my case, not at all a law

Since you have strong Math, can you take other science SAT2s to beef up your quant/science background? Knowing your strengths and playing to them works well with the readers.

I don't mean to steal on this thread but i figured it would be better than starting a new one since it's on the similar subject... I understand that strong SAT IIs will help you...but will a not so good SAT II hurt you? I have take math IC and scored a 730 but then I also took the Us History and got a (640). I have a valid excuse for why I didn't do so well and I knew the material (I got a 4 on the AP). But if I report these scores, will my 640 hurt me? Also, are sending in 2 better than none considering they don't even require them?
thanks!

tough to say...i didnt report any sat II scores. Maybe you could just report the math one and only your AP score for history. the tests are not at all imperative to your getting selected though.

well with the sat IIs you send in a score report and EVERYTHING gets sent. I was considering (and I am signed up for) taking a third but I don't think I will. I will leave it at 2 and send in my ap scores and hope for the best.
