<p>i got the same email with the ID number. then I went to that nyu admissions forum to ask if all my files/documents are in, they replied that my status is currently “not complete”. they told me to keep checking since they have a “high volume of alsdfadandsf”. </p>

<p>i think they’ll send us another one if the status turns to “complete”</p>

<p>so you cant check your application status any other way than to ask individually on the nyu forum?</p>

<p>Well, you can also call the office of admissions. I called them earlier this week, and they confirmed that my file is complete.</p>

<p>when you call the undergrad admissions office do you just say “this is my id number, what’s the status of my app”? Or is there some sort of process to know if your app is complete?</p>

<p>you just call the admissions office, and let them know you want to check the status of your application. they connect you to someone else, and then you tell them that id number they gave you in the e-mail. then they tell you if all your stuff is in. luckily, mine was :slight_smile:
