mine have too (and I’m fairly sure everyone else’s have as well)

Yeah same, mine have as well.

It’s weird that there Brown hasn’t sent out a confirmation e-mail with the ED date.

@billabongboy, Dartmouth EDers just got theirs today and their results come out Friday.

did anyone else get an email about financial aid today?

^I applied for aid and did not get an e-mail.

I also applied for aid and have not received an e-mail.

Could you post the email you received if it wouldnt be too much trouble?

Same here. Aid, no email. What did the email say, AmazingOnline?

Something’s rotten in the state of Rhode Island.

No email :(

Well, I guess that means we’ve all been weeded out. Better start revising my essays…

Maybe it’s possible AmazingOnline DIDN’T apply for financial aid? Apparently someone who applied to Williams one year got an email in march TELLIING him/her to apply. Just a thought. Also my friend said something about them sending out stuff by region?

I really wonder what was said in that email. Maybe there was wrong info? Something needed clarification? Or do kids who applied for FA get some sort of early notification of getting in? Do kids who didn’t apply for FA not get any email whatsoever at this time? AHHHHH so many questionsssssss :(

There was someone on chat who was emailed last week because they needed to send in their parents’ tax forms from 2009.

My parents are basically self-employed, so I didn’t apply for FA. It seems like Brown just wants to confirm their decision for everyone who did not apply for FA; does that mean that they will email all these people? Anyone else who did not apply FA?

I didn’t apply for FA, but haven’t gotten any emails. If you don’t mind revealing, what state do you live in?

hmmm good point rainbow.

omgg I was right lol

I was the one who was emailed about my parent’s 2009 business tax returns. It said in the email specifically, “Please note that this request is independent of any decision ultimately made by the Office of Admissions in regard to your application for admission to the University.” I doubt this has anything to do with whether or not I will ultimately be accepted or rejected.
