I think there may be a â â â â â on this thread.
@doejohn123 â took 8+ weeks to hear back (for an acceptance) so donât lose hope!
@doejohn123 Not a bad sign at all⊠4-6 weeks is average
I submitted my application on the common app on October 11th, but my high school didnât send my transcript and recommendations until October 24th. I still havenât heard anything back from Wake, should I be concerned and email/call them?
An accepted international student in the Early Decision I program over here! Didnât submit test scores, my TOEFL score was about 80 (way too low for Wake). Also, I need to highlight that my key aspects to get in were my grades, letters of recommendation, and of course, my essays were spectacular. Happy to be a DEACONNN! I just got these news todayyy, but my letter was issued Dec. 3
@t12345678910 does it say you are missing any materials on the portal?
Do they notify you when your application is under review or in the mail so you have an idea of when itâs coming? Or does it just appear in the mailbox?
@sebs99 My daughterâs portal just showed application complete. We didnât hear anything more until the envelope arrived in the mailbox.
I applied on 10/29 and have not heard back yet. What time frame should I expect to receive the envelope during?
I applied on deadline and found out last week I was deferred. Is there any chance Iâll get in regular
Follow up to my post this afternoon: received a letter in the mail and was denied. Good luck to all of you who have yet to hear back and go Deacs!
Applied 11/13, deferred today. What are the chances of being accepted during RD round?
