How do you have a W GPA of more than 1 point higher than your UW GPA? You get an extra point for APs and classes taken at a college, even if you had taken ALL your classes as APs or at a local college your GPA could only be 1 point higher than your UW GPA. I'd say you got a great chance though at Tufts ED. Too bad Gtown is better.

i really dont know, my GPA is calculated really weirdly. for example, i have a 4.67 out of 5 even though i've never gotten a B in an AP class. thats just what it said on my transcript.

and yea, georgetown is probably better, but i want to major in economics and international relations separately and SFS doesn't let you do that which is SO QUEER!!!

oh well, thanks for your reply! nice eye btw

Aside from location, I don't believe that G-town really is much better than Tufts for IR -- especially with Fletcher right there.

nice ECs. I bet you're in. Like 85 to 90%.
Question: ED at tufts binding? Much better % acceptance?

are you all crazy? the OP is highly competitive even at the Ivies! 100% in ED at Tufts.

Yeah you'll get into ED @ Tufts. I think that although Georgetown is better-known, Tufts is a better place to go to school, plus Tufts kids are, as a whole, more down-to-earth and less arrogant.

The acceptance rate for ED at tufts is a little over 40%, while the acceptance rate for RD is a little below 20%.

"are you all crazy? the OP is highly competitive even at the Ivies! 100% in ED at Tufts."

truth.
