I applied to SAR and i have a 91 UW and a 94 W with a 1290sat/28act. However im in an early college program and for my frist semster i have a 3.6
Applying to the Communication School with no option for CGS.

Hey everyone, I applied ED to CAS for Pol Sci. SAT-1280 and GPA UW-3.2, so I don’t really expect to get in, but it’d be real neat if I did.
@stressedntired07 have you contacted admissions to see if you could switch the school you applied to? Maybe you could switch it to CGS if that’s what you want and you have a good reason!
I dont really want to go to cgs but i wanted to apply since i feel like that’s the one i’d most likely get into.
I felt the same way, but we can always be considered for RD if we don’t get in ED, are you an in state student?
BU is a private university. In state/out of state is irrelevant.
But don’t they favor Boston public schools? I heard they do reach out more to Boston schools.
There are special scholarships reserved for graduates of City of Boston public schools. These ae offered instead of paying property taxes to the city. If you don’t qualify for those scholarships there is no preference given to Boston or Massachusetts residents.

Two Weeks
Are you guys terrified, because I don’t really know what I will do if I don’t get in. This is my dream school, and it is one of the only schools with my specific major, and I have safety schools, but I don’t want to go to them. Also, last year they released the decisions on the 13th, so it’s not super early but it is before the 15th.
Also for anyone else that hasn’t would you guys mind posting stats and the college you are applying to?
