So I'm wondering about my chances for Rice early decision....

I'm a Chinese female living in-state and go to an extremely competitive all girls private Catholic school. I come from a good economic background and am applying for the bioengineering major.

SAT I: 2200
Reading: 740
Math: 740
Writing: 720

SAT II:
Math II: 780
Physics: Haven't gotten my scores back (will be receiving it on the 28th), but I feel fairly confident.

Weighted GPA: 4.278
Rank: My school does not explicitly rank but I do know that I'm within the top 7% out of a class of 197 students.

AP: My school doesn't offer that many AP classes prior to senior year (which really annoys me), but I got a 5 on AP Language and Composition and a 4 on AP U.S. History. My current AP classes: AP Calculus BC, AP Macroeconomics, AP Physics C, AP Studio Art, and AP U.S. Government.
I would have taken AP Literature this year for English, but there was a conflict in my schedule where I would have to give up either physics or art to take it and didn't feel like giving either of them up. Instead, I'm taking World Literature Honors.

Extra-curricular activities:
Independent art classes since 3rd grade
Secretary of the National Science Honors Society club
Treasurer of the Asian Student Union club
Member of the Student Reach Out club for all years of high school
Member of the Literary Magazine club (which has won awards)
Member of Mu Alpha Theta and National English Honors Society
Member of several other clubs but the ones listed above are ones that I have shown more passion and leadership for.

Awards: Commended for National Merit, AP Scholar, several school art awards

Volunteer Work:
I help serve food at a residential home for individuals with HIV/AIDs.
Volunteer at a hospital.
Volunteer at a local Earth Day event.

I've shown a lot of interest in Rice (visited, went to some information sessions, ate with a student, attended a class, know a current student and an alumni, etc.). My recommendation letter, from what I've heard, should be stellar, and I think my common app essay and supplemental essays are pretty good.
