First SAT score is 1320 and expecting somewhere around 1400 on the October SAT. Worst case 1350. Best case 1450. Gpa is 4.86 unweighted. Around the top 10% of class. Essay I think is great. Supplement too. Planning to apply for a physics major or pre-engineering. As an international student, I’ll be requiring full funding as need based aid.

Ecas include

  1. Lead editor of yearly school magazine
  2. Head of publications & publicity department of language club
  3. Unofficially offered free service like repairs to minor/major electrical/electronics isssues.
  4. Learnt Spanish for a few months. Not counting it is a significant part but will be getting a lor from my Spanish tutor so thought I’d put it in anyway.

What are my chances?

You’ll get in – especially, if you get the SAT up to 1400.
