Your scores are high, and you seem passionate and high-achieving in several subject areas both in and out of school. Cornell CAS likes students with many interests and you should include a lot of that in your CAS essay.
Your transcript will tell a better, more complete story even though your GPA might not seem very high. Cornell does look at GPA more heavily than some other schools do, but you should stand out when it comes to essays and extracurricular activities/achievements. Additional info sections never hurt, either
