ED Chances, wouldn't take too long

I’m an Indian student applying to Wharton through Early Decision.

Academics: Mostly As with the odd Bs, I top my class, my school is regarded as the best academically in the city. We’re not provided GPAs and all students are enrolled in the same study curriculum.

Standardised Test Scores: 2190 on the SAT I (800M, 720W, 670R) and a perfect 300 on the TOEFL. I would be taking the SAT II in October (Math I, Math II and Literature)

Extracurriculars: Okay I’ll try to make this brief…
I’m the School Prefect (Head Boy) of my school. I’ve won US$10,000 for coming first in an international environmental competitition conducted by Volvo and the UN. I was among the top 30 students in my city to be selected for a programming training course at my country’s largest IT firm. I have been the Editor of my school magazine and school News Desk for two consecutive years. I have recurrently won a number of literary competitions at the national and city level. I maintain an avid interest in quizzing and have won a number of prizes to that effect. In addition, I have won Model United Competitions and Crisis Management competitions in my city. Taken initiative and organised a number of events within my school.

Recommendations:
Modesty apart, quite sparkling, saying that I’m the most promising kid they’ve seen in their career.

Aid:
I think I’d need 30-35% or so financial aid.

Given this profile, what chances do I have at Wharton under ED?

Forgot to add that...

The environmental program helped rural women earn up to 30 times their previous income and helped them buy a house and fend for themselves in a country where women are discriminated against. The project was also taken at the urban level where urban citizens were made more aware.

Also, I have a counselling service for students in junior year who are considering applying to the UK / US for future studies, many of them have found it extremely helpful

this is the 2nd, if not third or more time you've posted a chances thread. you're right, it wont take too long, because theres nothing to say. At elite schools, everyones qualified (or at least the majority), so replies to your request really wont matter other than try to make you feel better...

It is indeed the second time that I've posted this thread, primarily because the first thread evolved into a long personal chat with one member rather than focus on the main topic...hence, instead of bumping it, I reposted it

Why do I want to know my chances? As you've seen, I'm from India and hence do not have as much awareness of the tricks of the trade as do resident Americans. All my knowledge of universities and the application procedure has been built up almost exclusively through the internet. By just posting my stats on this board, I hoped to have some first-hand feedback that would help me assess my chances.

This question is to not only Joe Bloggs but anyone who may know:

Any idea on how many international applicants Penn gets ED or RD? I understand the competition is tough (as it always is), but the website indicates that roughly 300 are accepted each year (288 for the class of '09). I'm not an international, but I'm just curious of how many apply and what fraction of the total applicant pool it makes up. Thanks

I quote, "A total of 2,440 international students applied for admission to Penn’s undergraduate schools for Fall 2004, and 489 (20%) received admissions offers." In a nutshell, this is what I've gathered:

13% of total applications received were international applications.
13% of the freshman class was international
The International acceptance rate (20.04%) is only slightly lower than the overall acceptance rate (21.4%)

How many applied for ED? Haven't been able to find any stats on that....but on a ballpark: if you keep the ratio of 18000:3400 (ratio of total apps to total ED) and apply that to internationals, you get around 450.
