what are my chances?

any opinions???

Good chances.

also the reason for my class rank being low is that freshman year i was ranked 88th (slacked off) then moved it up to 55th after sophomore year and to 38th after junior year (i was in the top 10 for just 11th grade). will they take that into account when looking at my low class rank?

They'll definitely take into account drastic improvement in your grades. you have a pretty ok chance
