I recommend taking the SAT again, there’s a lot of room for improvement in CR and M especially. Shoot for 2200.
Generally, your numbers are on the lower side, but you have solid ECs. You’re close enough to hope to get in, but not high enough to expect to.

if you can get CR up you should be in a better place

Your scores and GPA are on the lowish side for ECE at CMU. EC’s lack leading role. It’s always better to have one standout EC than many lesser ones. On AP’s: only scores > or =4 really mean anything. The AB Calc looks good. The B level physics is not meaningful at CMU. My educated guess says that you are between 10 and 20% on ED to CMU.
