ED Chances

<p>I realize Princeton is a MAJOR (can't stress the word enough) reach for me but could someone chance me anyways.</p>

<p>2250 on SAT
planning to take Bio, Math Ic, Lit. SAT II's in Oct.
National Merit Semifinalist</p>

<p>4.0ish GPA, probably a bit higher but not sure about unweighted
most rigorous courseload
top 7 or 8% in a class with about 1300 people</p>

<p>APs - 5 in W Hist, 4's on AP Geog, Bio, English</p>

Calculus AB AP
Physics B AP
Econ AP
Govt AP
Academic Decathlon</p>

<p>I can write essays pretty well, so I'm not too worried about that</p>

<p>Exactly how is Princeton a "major reach"? Your stats aren't all that weak, though your EC's leave soemthing ot be desired. If you can convey a passion for one of your activities, your chances aren't awful ED. They're not great either though.</p>

<p>On my app I'm gonna stress these activities a lot more. Also, I joined plenty of other clubs but the ones listed are the only really important ones. I'm hoping that I'll be one of those lucky ones who wiggles his way in.</p>

<p>Princeton IS a mojor reach for everyone, but I think you are in the same boat as all of us - you have what it takes and all you can do now is apply and hope. :)</p>
