If sharing your ED colleges names would not bother you! X)

mine is probably women’s college (wellesley) or might be washington and lee u…need to choose between these by next week maybe… what abt others!!!

Woah! Good luck with that because I haven’t heard anyone getting there, recently. And W&L eh, hmmm. You must be pretty good then.
As for me,I am confused. I mean, I have 2-3 colleges in my mind but I feel like I can score a better colleges than them. My last SAT was HORRIBLE!!! It was at the bottom 1600 X( (please don’t judge me!!)
Final grades = A*,A,B . I have got good work experiences, ECAs and community service profile. And I am positive about my recommendation as well.
And I have started preparing for SAT-Oct1st-seriously(ok, it has just been 3 days!)
Can help me with finding colleges that I might have chances to get into?

Washington and Lee: Chameli
Wellesley:Chameli
Dickinson:EyeAmMe

oh m not that very good esp with my ECAs and the achievement lists…w&l is kinda reach college so lets see how lucky will i get and there are chances i change my ED college if it becomes too too competitive…and dickinson is good too…you can visit ■■■■■■■■■■ and princeton review and other sites. they will show safety colleges, one you have greater chances of getting into…good luck with your SAT, it will surely go better than previous one.

Hopefully…Good luck with your “stuff” as well!

anyone of u taking subject tests??as far as my ED college ill let u know if i get accepted!!

I’m not taking it. Apparently there is shortage of books outside,so there aren’t any books available in Kathmandu.

i’m non-science student so at the moment m confused with subject tests to take. i don’t know any other subjects in the lists besides maths…but good colleges require us to appear at least two subjects, right? i dunno what am i gonna do? anyone else confused like me??// :/

I’ve got many friends in the same shoes as your’s. But to their advantage, they are Lang&Lit students so they take the same subject for SAT II. I have heard takign Maths I AND Maths II is not recommended. But, similarly, taking SAT II isn’t that necessary as well. It depends on the colleges.Take SAT II only if it required,or if you think your final high school grades do not meet the standard of the college you want to apply.

BTW, this thread is generally aimed to get the names of ED colleges and their respective CC applicants.
There seems to be a lot of views but sadly no such responses. Do keep this thread alive. X)

Again,

Those are great colleges that you guys are trying to get into…Best of luck :).
well only 5 or 6 members are keeping college confidential alive this year…

I guess people are preparing for their SAT!!! XD

Predicted ED applicants:
Washington and Lee University: Chameli
Wellesley College:Chameli
Dickinson College:EyeAmMe

@chameli:if yuo are aiming for colleges like wellesley and Washington and lee,it is better you take SAT II
and yes do your careful research…i think Dikinson is not so good with aid…though not sure…

@eyeamme: hey!! m in the same train…n above all my score neva goes above 1650…
…and that is bothering me a lot…
hey do you have any tricks of doing more sums in very less time…? if there is,that would help me a lot…:)

@cc2016: Dickinson is a generous college.
The only way to good score is practice-practice-practice!!! Barron’s has got good writing skills strategies and grammar rules. It also has Math tricks that can probably be helpful. But practicing full-on is the way to go. Collegeboard (The Blue Book) is recommended as the best aid for SAT practice.
We have just 19 days more!!
