Any comments for me ?

If you are applying ED, I would say that you are a really solid applicant, with great odds. Best of luck!

Would it matter if I choose the no test option ?

They certainly stress that it doesn’t matter. If you can try to retake SATs or ACTs though because it couldn’t hurt.

yeah, thanks. Do you guys think I stand a chance applying ED for Concoll with Financial aid ?

I am just afraid my SAT would not be fantastic.

any more suggestion for me ?

any more input for me ?

I am considering ED Bowdoin or Connecticut College. What do you guy think is a better idea ? ED1 Bowdoin then ED2 ConnColl or ED1 ConnColl. I mean I like both schools but I also want to be realistic. Bowdoin is tougher to get in and ConnColl seems like a better match for me. Which way should I choose ?

take your SATs in Oct. Even Nov. Maybe Dec? Not sure of ED deadline but you can rush your scores.
I bet they both superscore.

ED deadline is Nov 15 so I am pretty worried. Any suggestion for me ?

retake your SATS! should not be too hard! See if nov SAT date works for ED. better yet CALL the school!ask if they will take nov test scores.either way, either school.retake em

what should be a safer score ? What if I use the no test option ? Will I be at disadvantage ?

Not sure. if you are sure about applying ED just to CC, then maybe someone else here knows what the stats are for ED admittance w/out submitting scores.

Of more importance, which school do you LIKE more? Better fit?

Anyone know what is the stat for ED admittance with no test for ConnColl and Bowdoin ?

I mean I like Bowdoin the most. I have been there, have stayed overnight, have attended a class. I like the dorm, I like atmosphere. The moment I step on the campus, I feel that it should be my place for college. However, I know Bowdoin is a tough school to get in because admittance rate last year was just 19%. And by any chance, I want to get into a good college, don’t have to be super super good.

About ConnColl, I like its small size, its location and its study away programs. They are interesting. I have not been there so I don’t really know about it yet but the admittance rate last year was around 35% which is much higher than Bowdoin.

Do you guys my stats are up there for Bowdoin ? Will I have a good shot if I do ED ?

any other schools that I should take a look at and might have a good shot at ?
