I might have forgotten some stuff. I have a great essay coming along, atleast I think so. My weakness are my grades, I really feel now I should of eased up on my extracurriculars to focus on them, because they are lower than they should be or would be had I payed more attention to them. But I did to a ton of stuff in my high school career and hopefully CALS will see that.

I'm also trying to get in contact with the professor of nutritional sciences at CALS

Well there you go, lemme know what's up. Thank You! :)

what's your gpa? that might help us out. Overall, though, it looks good... good luck :)

nvm, just saw your GPA. what is it unweighted? It's low, but don't give up cuz of it... your other stats are nice.

Don't apply ED unless you're absolutely sure you want to go to Cornell. You might regret it later when you start wondering about what other places you could've gotten into. Your stats are competitive enough to get you in Regular Decision.

GPA issues are minor. If everything else you've written is true (writing an article, building a studio, and most importantly - proven dedication to the ag sciences......your application is more than competitive. You've got a very good shot at it. Most students who post at CC are f-a-r too GPA centered. Admissions officers like to get a sense of the whole person - what makes them unique - what they'd add to the institution. You're in good shape.

Good luck!

Hey thanks all, I just sent in my application online, supplement goes in tomorrow. Real excited I'm applying to AEM and if not that, then Nutritional Sciences

How cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
