<p>yep i'm sure it's in the application instructions. I'm just not sure whether they mean the they need the whole application package completed by Oct 15? My teachers can't send their recs sooner than that...</p>

<p>we have to request the interview before october 15? that's not really fair, especially considering they don't even have the online version of the app online yet. how do we request an interview?</p>
<p>if you aren't offered an interview it doesn't count against you (it's not your fault!)</p>
<p>out of maybe 30 applicants to penn from my highschool my senior year, i was probably the only one who didn't get offered an interview (despite living within 30 min of campus) - and i'm here now!</p>
<p>so then if you submit your app, like let's say, on Oct. 23, then would they look at that as "bad" for not sending your apps on time for the interview, or that you're not as interested as you may be?</p>
<p>If you're applying ED, I don't think they'd doubt you're interested.</p>
