Does anyone know? How was it done last year?

Ummmm – by e-mail.

Well yeh, but it would still be good to know when the hard copy will show up in the mailbox.

Mailed on 13th, received on the 15th.

does it come:
by email?
on portal?
by mail?

please include dates near youre answers thanks!

I think it’s portal for the online one (to bypass the whole email failure problem that could arise).

Online (portal): Friday Dec. 12 3pm EST
Mailed Out: Saturday Dec. 13
Mail received: Monday Dec. 15

“I think it’s portal for the online one (to bypass the whole email failure problem that could arise).”

Because the portal won’t crash or slow down significantly with all the traffic right? LOL. Email would have been a much better option…

It’s a university site with servers on campus. It won’t crash or slow down just because ~3k people check.

Email is hardly a smart option.

Possibly…I wonder if they’ll choose to keep it for RD…I only mention this b/c it’s not exactly unusual for these sites to fail/slowdown. And, if it is compiled properly with proper templates used, an email list can work.

Again, and especially being an Ivy League school with worldwide prestige, their servers will be able to handle that kind of traffic.

Which is why we didn’t have any problems with our portals :P

I think I might just wait for the letter… I hate checking college stuff online. Reminds me of the SATs.

i second anir totally…lol exactly what i said in one of my posts

I want the result right now
can’t wait anymore

i would seriously applaud the willpower to wait for the letter. i know there’s no way i can wait… i want my weekend to be amazing or allow me time to mourn before i have to be back in school.

^ agreed…and also to comply other RD apps that weekend lol
