ED/EA for BA/MD OR BS/MD

Are there any accelerated medical programs that allow you to early apply to? It's hard to look up because it seems that there is just one deadline. Thanks.

NEOUCOM has an early action thing. i got in EA lol

oh and so does brown PLME (ED...so you'd have to lock yourself in =/)

Right, but the PLME itself is not ED. It's for kids who would go to Brown anyway, but you can get in ED and still get denied from the PLME because the undergraduate decision is made in November/December and the PLME decision is made in March.

Oh, and for MSU you have to apply by November 1 to the undergraduate and the program. USC was December 10th to both instead of January 10th. Both are to your benefit, though, because then you're in the scholarship pool.

okay so like two programs then lol?

i believe rice/baylor let's you

A relatively new program is Caltech and UCSD's med scholars program. In order to be considered, you must apply early action to Caltech.

For Rice's program, you are locked in at Rice (ED) whether you get accepted to the combined program or not.

For USC, you have to apply to the undergraduate program by Dec. 10, the scholarship deadline. The Bacc/MD app is due by Dec. 1, though.

Those are just some that I remembered. If you have any more questions, feel free to PM.

thanks sari; that was helpful.
