ED for NU?

<p>I would really like to apply to NU early decision, but I don't know if I even have a chance so here are my stats! (my gpa is very low for NU)/I don't know my ranking
I am a white Russian-American female</p>

<p>GPA weighted: 4.4
Unweighted: 3.5
SAT I: Math:710 Critical reading: 730 Writing:800 (2240)
have not taking ACT tests
SAT 2: Math 2C: 780 Biology:720 Chemistry:730
Through high school I have taken all of the highest classes available, and I was only allowed one AP junior year and the rest only senior year. So far I have only taken one AP (U.S. history) and received a 5. I plan on taking
AP STATS, AP CALC AB, AP Comp Science, and AP Biology next year as AP's next year </p>

<p>EC's: Varsity tennis captain, mock trial, 160 hours of community service in a Nursing Home, two summers working as an intern at Harvard Medical School in the Labratory of Pathology , and Immonbiology, piano concertsfor 11 years and NEPTA recitals for 8+ years (with certificates), </p>

<p>Since i don't have that many ec's and my gpa is low, should I even try? Thanks in advance!</p>

<p>I would say you’d have a decent shot. You definitely can’t get in if you don’t apply.</p>

<p>Compared to other students who post on these boards, your ECs look fine.</p>

<p>Your grades are perhaps a bit lower than average for NU, but still high enough where you should definitely apply.</p>
