Megan - PROUD Smithie Class of 2015

heyy! i am applying ed 2 as a tennis recruit…any other recruits???

Hey guys! I’m from CT and I’m so excited to be going to Smith. North Hampton seems like a great town and I cant wait to get to know more Smitie 2015ers lol! I’m a history/ government double major prospect.

Nice to meet you! How did you first learn about Smith? The alumna that conducts all the interviews for my state knew my mom and sought me out the beginning of my Junior year to have an informal interview. I didn’t know a thing about college then, but as I started looking into state school, I realized just how incredibly Smith is.

I’m still checking the decision letter to see if it was a mistake.

Nice to meet you too!! I learned about Smith after I read the Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath haha! Kind of a morbid book to read when you’re only 12. When I visited in September I knew it would be a good place for me so I applied ED! And I totally checked my letter like four times so see if I was reading it correctly haha!

accepted!
i can’t wait to meet everyone!

i must have refreshed the acceptance letter 10 times to make sure there wasn’t a glitch in the system or something haha

im planning on being a psych/sociology double major.

Congratulations to all of you. Welcome to our sisterhood, you earned it.

Hey everyone! I’m an international student from Mainland China!
I can’t believe I got accepted to Smith!!! I was worried because I applied for financial aid, and I didn’t request an interview or anything …

But now I’m soooooo relieved!!
Congrats, Smith Class of 2015!!! =)
Pleasure to meet ya all!

I’m a English and Women’s Studies possible double major prospect that wants to get her secondary teacher license from super stuck-up suburban shore town CT. I’ve never wanted anything so bad before. I’m so happy
Brit - I can’t remember how I first learned about it. It just has been popping up in my life in tons of ways. I went to NoHo for 2 concerts, someone went to Smith in a documentary I saw, my guidence counselor recomended it to me, an old friend goes there, and it is everything I could have dreamed for. :)

Do you guys wanna add eachother on facebook?!

natashashah81: I can PM you my FB link
oimjustagirl0077: That’s groovy! My counselor wanted me to apply in state and to cheap colleges. I ignored his advice and i can not wait to tell him I actually got in! Very few people believed in me, but it does not matter!

Yeah sure! I live in China, so I need a proxy to get on FB… (and sometimes no connection!)
You girls can friend me! Search Priscilla Liu =)

Priscilla, it’s almost impossible to find you among all the other Priscilla Lius, most of whom live much closer to us than you and so show up many pages before you on Search. Send a PM with the link to your profile maybe?

Haha, I deleted practically everyone from my Facebook, but I’d like to add you all~ so I’m sending out my link to you guys and anyone that posts after me should send their link to me. : )
